    About us

    Rainmaker Society – the name says it all. It combines two ideas: the Wall Street “rainmaker” and the Chilean rainstick, an instrument associated with creating momentum and change. The Society was founded in 2021 by Dirk Schuran and his then co-founder as a “player agent for top people”. The idea was inspired by the Hollywood film about the sports agent “Jerry Maguire”. Today we are a small team of experienced strategists with a curated network of more than 2,000 executives, rising stars and decision-makers.
